A 25% deposit is due at the signing of this contract, payable to Bryan Gagnon

Terms of Agreement

Minimum deposit of 25% required to bind terms.  Check should be payable to Bryan Gagnon

Any deposit received in non-refundable. Once Deposit is received and cleared we GUARANTEE to show up and provide DJ Services for the above event.

Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:

Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.

The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 60 days notice is given.

In the event that DJ Intercept becomes unable to provide his services due to complications beyond his control, a reputable replacement shall be provided at no more than the original price agreed on.

Any and all information or details must be communicated before the 5 days preceding the performance.

Intercept Entertainment shall not be held liable for any action arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with Intercept Entertainment.  Furthermore, the party(s) contacting

Intercept Entertainment agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests involving any of the Intercept Entertainment property.

The parties purchasing the services of Intercept Entertainment agree to allow Intercept Entertainment to use pictures and video images taken at this event for promotional purposes
